Our interior designers completely recreated an English-style lounge-library in the 100 m² atrium of Hogan Lovells’ Paris headquarters on Avenue Matignon. The ambiance evokes traditional English clubs and prestigious libraries of Oxford or Cambridge, with a high-end aesthetic perfectly suited to the standing of a major international law firm. Iconic Chesterfield sofas and armchairs in tufted leather (timeless symbols of British elegance) create comfortable spaces for relaxation, informal exchanges between lawyers, or work in an inspiring atmosphere different from traditional offices. The logistical performance was remarkable: the fitting-out work was completed in just 2 days, minimizing disruption to the 500 employees and allowing the new space to be inaugurated to celebrate the New Year. In a record 48 hours, Clue Me achieved: installation of PVC flooring imitating old parquet, bringing warmth and authenticity; installation of giant stickers 4m high creating a wall library decor (bookcases, wood paneling); re-upholstering of the existing bench in high-end fabrics; painting of the claustras (screens) delimiting the space; and setup of Chesterfield furniture including complete decoration (cushions, lighting, decorative objects).
The result of this express fitting-out of the Hogan Lovells atrium on Avenue Matignon is a double win. First, the warm and welcoming space was successfully inaugurated to celebrate the New Year, creating a significant event for the 500 employees of the Parisian law firm. And most importantly, the Chesterfield sofas and armchairs have been constantly occupied ever since: the atrium transformed into an English library has become the new hotspot of Hogan Lovells’ Parisian headquarters. This premium 100 m² relaxation area elegantly recalls the international group’s Anglo-Saxon origins… so lovely! Lawyers and legal professionals gather there for refreshing breaks, informal exchanges fostering team cohesion and information flow, or even work in an inspiring English club atmosphere. The employee experience is considerably enriched by this unique and exceptional space that radically stands out from traditional workspaces.
