Office fit-outs
An office fit-out project takes between 2 and 6 months depending on the scope (simple reconfiguration or major renovation with construction work). Clue Me establishes a detailed schedule from the start and commits to deadlines.
Depending on the scope of work, yes. We regularly organize phased construction to allow our clients to maintain their operations. We plan phasing adapted to your operational constraints from the project start.
The budget depends on the area, existing condition, and desired finish level. On average, expect between €400 and €1,200 excl. tax/m² for a complete fit-out (construction + furniture). We provide detailed and transparent pricing from the study phase.
We work on spaces from 200 m² to over 10,000 m², primarily in Paris and Greater Paris. Whether it’s an office floor, a complete headquarters, or a coworking space, we adapt our methodology to the project scale.
