The Clue Me team took full charge of the fit-out for the 450 m² Jarnias headquarters to give a soul to this warehouse located in an industrial zone. Faced with a cold building lacking character, our interior designers created a warm and dynamic layout for 50 employees: a professional independent reception area providing a positive first impression for visitors and partners of the Jarnias group; meeting spaces equipped for project meetings and training (a major activity within the group); private offices for management ensuring the confidentiality of strategic decisions; two bright and inviting open-plan spaces for the administrative and sales teams; acoustic call boxes allowing for real privacy and respect for focused work without disturbing colleagues; and a break area in an energizing zesty yellow that awakens the senses and puts employees in a good mood after their sometimes difficult days or weeks on high-altitude sites.
The result of this JARNIAS headquarters transformation is spectacular: the space is incredible and dynamic, awakening the senses and putting people in a good mood. The project’s watchword was to create a warm place where the 50 employees find serenity at the headquarters, as living spaces on construction sites (work at heights, difficult access, rope access, scaffolding) are quite rudimentary. Warm materials (wood, soft textiles, soothing colors punctuated by zesty touches), comfortable furniture, carefully designed lighting, and greenery create a welcoming and cozy atmosphere. The spaces provided, such as the call boxes, allow for real privacy and respect for everyone’s work. There is a total contrast between the outdoor industrial zone (a cold industrial environment) and the warm interior of the Jarnias headquarters. The icing on the cake: “The headquarters is a benchmark for successful work, which is a great image for specialists in work at heights!” A fit-out that embodies the group’s excellence and reassures clients and partners of Jarnias’ expertise.
