The Clue Me team designed a layout of 15 ergonomic, welcoming individual workstations for the Helenis office extension in Montpellier, combining natural wood and light tones subtly inspired by Scandinavian Hygge style. This style emphasizes comfort, warmth, and conviviality through natural materials, soft textures, and soothing colors. To ensure long-term comfort for the property developer’s employees, we selected the Wind ergonomic chair, which promotes a comfortable seated position thanks to simple, intuitive adjustments that allow users to adapt the chair to their individual needs. This is essential given that we spend 80% of our working time seated, particularly in property development roles (program studies, administrative files, client meetings). Each individual workstation is welcoming and meets health standards (distancing, hygiene) while still encouraging informal meetings and connection between colleagues. Light wood, soft textiles, and warm lighting create a calm, energizing atmosphere.
The watchword for the 30-person meeting room in the Helenis extension in Montpellier was “modularity”. Clue Me proposed furniture that allows this space to alternately serve as a meeting room for project presentations and client meetings for the property developer, a training room to upskill teams on regulatory and technical changes in the building sector, or even a fitness/yoga area for employees’ physical wellbeing (sport, relaxation, team cohesion). Lightweight mobile tables on casters, ergonomic stackable chairs, an integrated storage system, and a clear open area make it possible to quickly reconfigure the room as needed.
