Clue Me’s construction teams needed only 3 weeks to transform KNCO’s 200 m² offices on Rue Réaumur into a modern, operational space for its 20 optician employees. The modernization, designed by Studio Boy and executed by Clue Me, included the creation of a convivial relaxation and meeting area where KNCO teams can unwind during breaks, have meals, or exchange informally, fostering cohesion and information flow within this visual health sector company. The restrooms were completely transformed to offer modern, comfortable, and hygienic facilities befitting a healthcare sector company, with contemporary equipment, meticulous finishes, and optimized accessibility for all 20 employees. A fully equipped, connected meeting room was created, now allowing KNCO teams to hold internal meetings, video conferences with partners, and client presentations in a dedicated modern and functional space (which did not exist before). An executive office was fitted out, providing KNCO management with a functional and representative space to direct operations, receive strategic partners, and work with the necessary confidentiality.
The modernization of KNCO’s 200 m² offices on Rue Réaumur by Clue Me concluded with the provision of 2 ergonomic and bright open-plan workspaces for the daily work of the optics and visual health teams. These shared workspaces were optimized to offer comfort (ergonomic furniture, adapted lighting, controlled acoustics) and functionality (storage, connectivity, collaboration spaces). The result of this express modernization in 3 weeks is a double win for KNCO: on the one hand, the creation of dynamic and pleasant premises for the teams, significantly improving user comfort and creating an environment conducive to the well-being and performance of the 20 employees working in optics and visual health. On the other hand, a place of attractiveness and pride for KNCO, with modern offices reflecting the company’s innovative positioning in the visual health sector, facilitating talent recruitment and impressing clients and partners during their visits to Rue Réaumur.
