It only took 3 weeks for Clue Me’s project teams to transform this uniform and cramped 300 m² space into a superb living environment for Le Kiosk’s 40 employees in Paris. The priority of the project, designed by Studio Boy, was to flood the offices with light, compensating for the initially dark space with many corridors and sloped ceilings. Our teams installed bright flooring (light wood or light vinyl) reflecting and amplifying the available natural light, creating the impression of a larger, airier space. Light wall paints (white, pastel tones, luminous colors) were applied to all walls and ceilings, maximizing light reflection and creating an energizing atmosphere conducive to the creativity of the teams working in digital e-magazine innovation. The contrast with the initial dark space is spectacular: Le Kiosk’s offices now radiate light, offering a pleasant and stimulating work environment that reflects the company’s avant-garde positioning.
Beyond the lighting transformation, Clue Me’s teams completed all functional developments for Le Kiosk’s 300 m² offices in Paris within 3 weeks: creation of a reception/relaxation area at the entrance, offering a convivial zone for welcoming visitors and allowing employees to relax or exchange informally (non-existent before); enlargement of the restrooms to ensure the comfort of 40 employees with properly sized facilities (vs. initially undersized, cramped restrooms); creation of equipped meeting rooms finally allowing teams to gather for projects and brainstorms in dedicated spaces (non-existent in the initial corridor configuration); and installation of a pleasant executive office with modern glass partitions preserving natural light while offering necessary privacy (vs. traditional opaque partitioning). The result is a double win for Le Kiosk: a rapid setup in just 3 weeks, minimizing disruption to digital e-magazine activity, and above all, a true place of cohesion for the teams in a bright, functional, avant-garde environment.
