Our interior designers worked to bring brilliance to the 150 m² ITC Conseil offices in Paris through 3 strategic design areas. First area: reworking the lighting and adding depth to the ceiling height to create an impression of volume and grandeur. Layered lighting (general, ambient, accent) with carefully selected designer fixtures creates a warm, professional atmosphere. The ceiling treatment (colors, materials, structures) provides visual depth, enhancing the existing height. Second area: designing living and work spaces near the windows to allow users—whether the 12 ITC Conseil employees or clients attending training and coaching—to enjoy natural light. Natural light improves well-being, concentration, and energy, creating optimal conditions for demanding training sessions on sales methods and customer experience. Areas near windows are optimized for workspaces and training rooms, while recessed areas house support services and storage.
Third design area to bring brilliance to the ITC Conseil offices in Paris: working with materials and colors for the floor, walls, and furniture to energize and personalize the premises with a strong identity. The palette of energizing and warm colors (vs. standard neutral tones) boosts the atmosphere and leaves a lasting impression on training clients. Noble and textured materials (wood, textiles, tactile surfaces) create a welcoming and memorable ambiance reflecting ITC Conseil’s high-end expert positioning. Ergonomic designer furniture combines aesthetics and comfort for long training and coaching sessions. The result is a double win for ITC Conseil: first, the new welcoming, personalized, and optimized offices are highly appreciated by the firm’s 12 employees, who work daily in an inspiring environment. Above all, the offices reflect CEO Antoine’s spirit and human-centered values, illustrating the continuity of a philosophy where only customer experience matters.
