The Clue Me team designed an optimized flex office layout for AILANCY’s 380 m² empty floor plate in the Parisian Golden Triangle. The space planning incorporates the perfect ratio of different zones adapted to the varied work styles of the 50 consultants: a flex office open space with clean desk (unassigned desks) promoting collaboration and spontaneous exchanges among the advisory, technology, cyber, and AI teams; a quiet zone dedicated to concentration with confidential offices for individual work requiring focus (sensitive client files, deliverable drafting); acoustic phone booths for discreet professional calls without disturbing colleagues; modular meeting rooms of various capacities for project meetings and client workshops; one-to-one spaces for individual interviews and feedback; private offices for management ensuring the confidentiality of strategic decisions; and an inspiring relaxation area that “smells of flowers,” fostering rejuvenating breaks and informal exchanges.
The result of this Ailancy flex office design in the Golden Triangle is spectacular: an incredible space that functions like a “home office” illuminated by natural light, with a multitude of workspace options giving each of the 50 employees the freedom and comfort to perform their activities in an optimal environment according to their needs at any given moment. The key word for the project was to create a “wow effect”: employees should want to come to this 380 m² space every morning, despite the possibility of teleworking. Mission accomplished! The spaces combine modern design, optimal ergonomics, controlled acoustics, abundant natural light, and soothing greenery. A work environment that perfectly reflects the Ailancy Group’s values of innovation, trust, and freedom.
