Our interior architects specializing in professional office fit-outs for the hospitality sector designed two complementary projects across the 1,800 m² in Paris. The first space, dedicated to The Ascott Limited’s head office, operates as a flex office with a modern open space, dynamic work zones tailored to different departments, and quiet focus zones. The second space, designed as a true high-end coworking area, welcomes employees from the group’s subsidiaries while traveling, thanks to workstations that can be booked via an intelligent space-booking software.
Both office fit-out areas share common spaces designed for collaboration and workplace well-being: equipped modular meeting rooms for 4 to 18 people, acoustic call boxes for confidential calls, a relaxation area and a chill-out space that encourage switching off, connected lockers with an integrated badge-access system, and workspace booking software. The high-end design (bespoke finishes, acoustic BA13 ceiling with integrated spotlights, carefully considered color palette) perfectly reflects The Ascott Limited group’s culture of hospitality and excellence.
