Our interior architects designed two complementary projects across the 900 m². The first space, dedicated to the head office, operates as a flex office with a modern open space, showcasing our expertise in office fit-out and flexibility, work zones tailored to the different departments, and freedom of movement for the permanent teams. The second space, designed as a true coworking area, welcomes travelling subsidiary staff thanks to workstations that can be booked via an integrated booking system.
Both spaces share common areas designed for collaboration and well-being: modular meeting rooms for 4 to 18 people, soundproof call boxes for confidential calls, a relaxation area and a chill-out space to encourage downtime. Everything is connected via a single badge access system for the building, the car park and the private meeting rooms, along with an intelligent space booking system. Architecture that perfectly reflects the group’s hospitality culture.
