Our teams managed the entire renovation of 343 m² of offices in this listed Haussmann building: full strip-out of the floorplate, electrical upgrade to code with a new panel and LED lighting, plumbing and restroom renovation, replacement of double-glazed windows compliant with heritage requirements, restoration of the original parquet flooring, creation of glazed partitions and acoustic BA13 drywall, full repaint, and furniture fit-out. All delivered in 11 weeks, while meeting co-ownership constraints and the client’s schedule requirements.
The renovated 343 m² now includes a bright open-plan area with acoustic treatment to the ceiling and partitions (essential for focus in an accounting firm), private offices for partners and confidential client meetings, meeting rooms equipped for video conferencing, and a break area with a fitted kitchen that encourages togetherness. The professional furniture and carefully curated décor create an elegant environment that reflects Axia Consultants’ standing. The blend is a success between Haussmann mouldings, period ceiling height, renovated spaces, and modern equipment (LED lighting, IT cabling, acoustics).
