Specializing in claims management on behalf of insurance companies, Saretec supports individuals and businesses in expertise, estimation, coordination of repairs, and follow-up of files after incidents.
Faced with continuous growth in its activity and an increase in its workforce, Saretec moved into 650 m² of new offices in Charenton-le-Pont in Val-de-Marne (94), and the group chose Clue Me for the design and realization of its future premises, accommodating 60 employees. A strategic development project to modernize spaces and reorganize all departments of this rapidly expanding insurance sector company.

The project challenge

The challenge was considerable: to transform a uniform 650 m² open-plan space in 2 months into 50 individual offices offering the confidentiality and concentration necessary for claims experts, to create convivial living spaces promoting cohesion, to set up equipped meeting rooms, to design a professional reception area, to install a functional kitchenette, and to create a library gathering technical documentation. A large-scale project coordinating multiple spaces and functions.

Clue Me’s teams needed 2 months of work to transform Saretec’s uniform 650 m² open-plan space in Charenton-le-Pont into 50 individual offices, offering confidentiality and concentration to the 60 employees of the claims support leader. This radical transformation met the specific needs of the insurance claims sector: experts must handle sensitive client files containing confidential personal and financial information, perform precise estimations requiring sustained concentration without interruptions, make phone calls with claimants, insurers, and construction companies with complete discretion, and coordinate under significant time pressure (file processing deadlines, claims emergencies). The 50 individual offices created by Clue Me offer enclosed or semi-partitioned spaces guaranteeing necessary privacy, controlled acoustics reducing the noise pollution of the initial open-plan space, personalization options (photos, documents, organization), and optimal concentration for the qualitative expertise of the 450,000 annual missions handled by SARETEC. A layout choice that goes against the trend of generalized open-plan spaces, but perfectly adapted to the realities of claims expertise, which demands confidentiality and focus.

Beyond the 50 individual offices created in Charenton-le-Pont, Clue Me also fitted out the complementary collective spaces of Saretec’s 650 m² in 2 months: convivial living areas (relaxation areas, coffee breaks) promoting cohesion among the 60 employees and informal exchanges essential for information flow between departments (expertise, work coordination, administration), equipped meeting rooms for internal coordination of complex projects and meetings with insurance partners and construction companies, a professional reception area reflecting the leadership position of the Saretec Group with over 450,000 missions handled annually, a functional kitchenette allowing on-site lunches and collective breaks reinforcing conviviality, and a library gathering technical documentation essential for claims expertise (construction standards, insurance regulations, material and equipment catalogs, case law, methodological guides). The result of this complete reorganization of Saretec’s services is a double win: on the one hand, better communication between teams thanks to well-designed collective spaces and the organized proximity of complementary services. On the other hand, a significant improvement in everyone’s working time thanks to individual offices allowing increased concentration and efficiency in processing claims files.
