The main challenge of this fit-out project in Marne-la-Vallée was starting from a completely empty shell: 350 m² of raw concrete with no screed, no ceiling, and no space divisions. Our interior architects designed the entire interior architecture for Unitia’s offices: creating partitions to define the areas dedicated to each department of the co-ownership property management agency, mapping flows and circulation to optimize movement for the 25 employees, designing enclosed meeting rooms for confidential internal meetings, and creating a professional reception area to welcome co-owner clients. The modern, cocooning style Unitia wanted is expressed through warm materials (wood, soft textiles, soothing natural colors), comfortable designer furniture, and carefully planned acoustic treatment (acoustic suspended ceiling, soundproof partitions) to create a calm environment. The “feel at home” atmosphere supports the teams’ well-being at work.
The fit-out of Unitia’s 350 m² offices in Marne-la-Vallée makes the most of the new building’s exceptional assets. The double glass façade (on the external entrance side) floods the spaces with natural light throughout the day, creating a bright, energizing atmosphere. The spectacular cathedral-like view over the landscaped green axis outside provides a soothing connection to nature, visible from workstations and shared areas. The large, welcoming central space created for the 25 employees encourages informal interaction and team cohesion, with a friendly lounge corner and a kitchenette. Department-based partitioned areas enable efficient organization of co-ownership property management work (accounting, rental management, syndic, customer relations), while preserving brightness thanks to partially glazed partitions. The result: modern, warm, functional offices where Unitia’s teams feel at home—while also impressing co-owner clients during visits.
