It took Clue Me’s interior designers and decorators 2 months to design and complete the fit-out of the 500 m² first phase of the CHAPON coworking space in the News Invest private mansion in the heart of the Marais in Paris, including meeting rooms, relaxation areas, courtyard and terrace. All the furniture and decoration were carefully designed, and what a result! Originality is guaranteed thanks to several signature elements creating the unique identity of the space: the hanging vegetation in the common areas creating a soothing and Instagram-worthy indoor garden atmosphere, with suspended plants (ferns, pothos, philodendrons) bringing nature to the city and improving air quality for the 120 coworkers, the modular furniture in the workshops allowing quick reconfigurations according to needs (training sessions, presentations, collaborative workshops, events) offering total flexibility to coworking space users, and the monumental seating in the outdoor courtyard creating spectacular and photogenic spaces with oversized armchairs, generous benches and giant poufs inviting relaxation and informal exchanges in this rare private outdoor space in the heart of the historic Marais. This bold creative approach transforms the heritage private mansion into a new-generation coworking space combining historic character and contemporary plant-filled design.
The success of the Chapon coworking space in the Marais private mansion designed by Clue Me for News Invest was immediate and spectacular. A beautiful project that “Maison et Jardin” magazine wanted to feature in June 2018 for its summer publications, offering exceptional media visibility to NEWS INVEST and the Chapon coworking space. This prestigious publication in a leading lifestyle magazine significantly strengthened the reputation and attractiveness of the space among target audiences (creative freelancers, startups, small and medium-sized businesses seeking inspiring spaces).
