The Clue Me team designed ergonomic and welcoming furniture for the 235 m² open space at Proximis headquarters in Paris, accommodating the 15 employees of the unified retail commerce SaaS software publisher. The major innovation: sit/stand desks allowing users to alternate postures throughout the day, offering workstation dynamics that promote physical well-being, reduce fatigue, and stimulate concentration (particularly appreciated by tech and sales teams spending long hours in front of screens). The key word for the project was modularity, and it is indeed with this perspective in mind that teams are welcomed with care: flexible configurations according to needs (focused individual work, paired collaboration, informal standing meetings, client demonstrations). Beyond the central open space, Clue Me created diversified informal spaces offering endless choice of work locations: the relaxation corner with sofa and comfortable armchairs allowing regenerating breaks, reading, relaxed meetings or creative brainstorming sessions, and the cafeteria area flooded with natural light featuring a standing-height table and school-style bench creating a friendly and energizing atmosphere for lunches, coffee breaks or informal exchanges between visiting R&D colleagues from Strasbourg or international sales staff passing through.
The major surprise of the Proximis fit-out project in Paris: the creation of a standard store mock-up integrated into the meeting space, enabling sales teams to bring the unified shopping journey user experience to life for their retail clients. This functional point-of-sale model simulates a real store with shelving, products, mPOS checkout, IoT devices, recreating the actual retail environment in which the Proximis Unified Commerce software operates. “In addition to the flex office project, the store mock-up integrated into our meeting space was crucial for bringing the user experience to life for our clients and accelerating our sales. We are more than satisfied,” testifies Proximis management. This commercial showroom enables immersive demonstrations for client retailers (fashion, cosmetics, food, home equipment) discovering concretely how the PROXIMIS solution unifies online and physical store sales, transforming consumer multichannel journeys in less than 6 months. The overall result is spectacular: everyone feels at ease, both the 15 employees in their modular flex office spaces and visiting retail clients impressed by the store mock-up. It’s a doubly successful achievement for Clue Me: modern ergonomic flex office + sales-accelerating commercial tool for a SaaS publisher in international growth (30 countries).
