Clue Me triples its revenue without sales prospecting
16/02/2026

An office fit-out specialist, Clue Me has seen its revenue grow from €1.5 million to €6 million in one year. This growth is driven by an unconventional model. While the company intentionally avoids prospecting, it commits to being responsive by offering a solution to prospective clients within 10 days. The goal now: to reach €20 million in revenue by 2027.
“We don’t prospect. Our clients come to us through our website or via referrals. They are looking for a partner capable of quickly understanding their constraints and providing a clear, structured response,” explains Grégoire le Pomellec, CEO of Clue Me. With a team of about ten employees, Clue Me supports around forty projects each year, mainly in the Île-de-France region. The company works on spaces ranging from 200 to 5,000 m², for associations, mutual insurance companies, notary offices, and SMEs with 50 to 300 employees. It recently redesigned the premises of the SPA (Society for the Protection of Animals), the MGC (General Mutual Fund for Railway Workers), and the SFAR (French Society of Anesthesia and Intensive Care). From the first point of contact, the teams initiate a precise process: site visit, plan development, detailed costing, and immersive projections delivered in less than ten days. “Our priority is for the client to understand exactly what they are going to get. Offering immersive 3D videos from the start completely changes how they approach their project. Visualizing from technical plans remains difficult for many companies. Here, they immediately see the final result. We invest heavily upfront to secure the decision. This transparency creates a very strong climate of trust and encourages our clients to recommend us to others,” he continues.
Since Covid, and particularly with the widespread adoption of hybrid work, company expectations have also evolved significantly. They are no longer just looking for square footage, but for collaborative, flexible spaces aligned with their identity. “Companies want spaces that make their employees want to work on-site. To optimize space, to pay attention to the decor… This reinforces the need for support. Many of our clients don’t have a network in the construction world. They expect a partner capable of guiding them from A to Z, from design to office fit-out, including furniture,” analyzes the CEO.
Since taking over in 2024, Grégoire le Pomellec has strengthened the design teams, invested in advanced modeling tools, and structured his network of partners. The goal? To move upmarket and handle larger project volumes. This strategy has allowed Clue Me to triple its revenue in one year. “We have structured the company to support this growth while maintaining our standards for quality and responsiveness. Our ambition is clear: to reach €10 million in revenue in 2026 and €20
million in 2027,” he concludes.
