The 385 m² of the mezzanine were entirely redesigned through precise space planning. The renovation allowed for the creation of bright and ergonomic open spaces, an executive office, three private offices for support functions, a professional reception area, compliant restrooms, and an equipped meeting room.
Particular care was taken with the acoustic treatment to compensate for the constraints of the industrial volume and guarantee the sound comfort of the teams. The floors and walls were completely renovated, and the electrical installation was redone to meet the needs of a modern company. The furniture and decoration create a dynamic and professional atmosphere, breaking away from the initial industrial look. An environment that reflects the new energy of Guyon and its group.
